If you ever get a chance please eat soğuk baklava, it translates to cold baklava. Guaranteed you will be addicted! The difference is that regular baklava is made with simple sirup (water and sugar) and soğuk baklava is made with milk and sugar sirup. Please eat it very fresh and you will be hooked for life! Afiyet olsun!
