Mam mujse thora sa oil jyda ho gya phle dala to muje thora kam lga fr bad me mne thora aur dala ti muje jyda lga jisse masala geela sa ho gya apke jse sukha ni dikh rha ...fr mne socha thora oil nikal deti hu strainer se jisse thora km ho gya bt ab muje asa lg rha h ki oil jyda girne se masala jyda sa lg rha h ab ap btao m kya kru isme kairi aur dal du kya 500g coz phle mne 1 kg ka dala tha.. ab haldi namak me dal ke kairi aur dal du kya plz koi suggestion do coz muje achar sukha chaiye tha mujse galti se thora sa oil jyda gir gya.
Aap pahle Wale achar ke saath kuch mat karo , apko sukha wala chahiye to thoda achar Naya ji bana lijiye, kyunki oil nikalne ya aur kairi dalne se kahi bana banaya achar khrab na ho jaye
Mam is achar ko bina haldi namak me dale bhi dal skte h kya taste me koi frk aayega kya... aur rai ki dal ni mile to yellow sarso ko dardara pees kr dal skte h kya...aur apne namak ka Pani usme dal diya usse achar kharab ni hota kya...aur ap is achar me oil upr tk ni dalte kya.
Aap raai dal ki jagah yellow sarson peesker dal sakte ho , per haldi namak jaruri h , jitna namak bataya h utna hi daliyega , haldi namak ka Jo pani h usko fekna nahi h , achar bilkul kharab nahi hoga , per apko achar banate waqt aur achar ko lete time saaf safai ka dhyan rakhna h , ye achar Mera 2 saal bhi kharab nahi hota
Mam oil ko Bina garm kiye dal skte h kya..aur 1 kg me kitna salt aur Rai aur saunf le ap jldi btana coz mne kl kairi haldi me dal di h aur aj achar dalna h muje .
1kg ke liye 100gm namak, means 5kg kari ke liye 500gm namak , bahut jyada ho jayega mam, 500gm namak mein 5kg kari gal jayegi, upar se aap bol rhe ho ki namak ka paaani fekna bhi nhin hai, itna namak ka paani achar ko khraab kr dega, plz reply fast mam

Aap iss achar ko dhoop mat lagaiye bs 5-6 patile me rahne de aur din me 2-3 baar achar ko uper niche ker dijiye, uske baad barni me heeng ki dhuni dekar bharker rakh dijiye
