8/27/22 - Changes

Welcome back to my weekly update!
This week has been fun and a great time to explore who I am a little more. Though I haven’t been doing as much work I have spent a lot of time reflecting on my morals, values, and goals and also done a lot of adjustments on the psychological side of myself. The improvements from this summer are starting to show themselves which is good to see. I’m excited for the experiences and things I’ll be able to improve on this next week.
