City Line Breakdancing and Rap Special

The 1980s. A Baltimore based talk show "City Line" showcases these newfangled things called "Breakdancing" and "Rap Music." The seemingly transient cultural relevance of Rap is discussed at length, and an incredibly interesting appearance by Tommy Boy Records founder Tom Silverman takes place. It's a long watch but one hell of a time capsule.
