Actually, when he destroys the Super Time Machine you can see a Dragon Ball laying around, so apparantly the Dragon Balls can be re-collected after a wish has been made. Of course, the chances of them being found twice and succesfully wished with are practically zero, but theoretically it's possible.
Question, why doesn't he destroy the area where the key hasn't been found instead of detroying the areas where keys have already been activated ? i don't undertand, would eliminating said area activate the time machoine sooner ?

But fail those and your last hope is escaping on the indivdual smiler time machenes spread out on the remains of the map, of a semi/solo victory. Freiza destroyed them with his area distraction, and then the last Time machine that was usable at the end.
There's only one emergency escape time machine. If it goes, then they have no way left to leave and the raider executes anyone remaining with a map wipe.
@@Reddash9 no, there are multiple escape time machines (the fewer the survivors are, the more beacons will appear on the map to call a time machine) but the Raider only has to destroy one to end the game.

Edit: there is indeed only one Escape Time Machine, however, it can be used again after one or multiple survivors have successfully escaped with it
