The first two pieces had a great fill about how the dish’s are made, and they had traditionally values . The second place’s food had a lot of texture color,and you could see the flavor of everything.

Dan puts the whole big piece of food in his mouth and looks so delicious that I pretend it's in my mouth! I wanted the fried rice first! Want to try the Mapo Tofu!!! and the tender gelatinous pork.

For duck and bbq I think Chubby Boy in Chinatown best.
Wonton, Noodle Papa in Shanghai Plaza not as fishy as WK.
SK Seafood still the best all around Chinese restaurant to me.

I live across the bay from SF Chinatown. Sad to say they probably have better Chinese food in Vegas. I've been to China Mama. I think on my next food run in Vegas, it will just be limited to Chinese restaurants. I can eat good Chinese food everyday, lol.
