I could feel my own willingness to be commodified about 10 years ago, but in the throes of struggling to stay alive, I pushed it down. A few years ago I made a decision to show up authentically and consistently for my values and what I believed - the trees speak to each other and to us - and we all need each other. This is the fundamental truth. It may be what saves us from extinction, if we collectively recognize it soon enough.
The Turtle Island Indigenous message is for everyone. We are all connected!
Paganism is coming back. The values of the Indigenous are needed by everyone.
I think you nailed the problem Sherri, I love your intelligence! Separation was forced on the world. So was hate for one another.
We can't address one without addressing the other.
Isn't it the irony of the Universe, and the ultimate display of love for all of the Universe to heal those who have wronged you? We can do it!
I can't do it!
You may not be able to do it!
But we! We , all of us , we can free the minds
of Humanity from this destructive illusion that man controls his surroundings.
There has never been , nor will there ever be a Holyer work than what your doing today.

I agree, I am enrolled citizen of the Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma, we are rough on our mother, but the United States has done more to stop the effects. The problem is we have enemies that cause huge threat to our people and homeland if we are the only ones that completely stop. China one of the top producers of environmental pollution is waiting for a chance to destroy us and come over here and mine our national parks and drill oil in areas we have protected. So until we are able to address them we have no choice other wise we will be invaded by China, Russia, some other super power will come invade us and destroy the areas we have protected and use it for themselves. So yes I agree, but until we can get them to listen we have no choice but to protect our home and sacred areas.
