Did you buy this exact one? If yes, like I pointed out in my video that it needs to be plugged into the charger for wireless charging to work. If it is not connected to power the wireless charging will not work.
Does it charge all smart phones?
Yes, all wireless charging capable phones, including iPhone.
Mine is currently freeze .. Not turning off or anything help
Not sure if I can help but I would say let it drain the full battery so that it eventually shuts itself down. Once off, charge it fully before turning it on again. Maybe this will fix it.
