At the part where I.N grabs Chris's wrist, he says "oi, stop moving" because he didn't want Chris to hit the bell before him.
It's because a few years ago some members were playing a game (involving a bell) and he never got the chance to hit it at all, and so in Maknae on Top he does everything that he wasn't able to do in the past lmao (because he's superior despite being the youngest; this is also a kpop inside joke).
At the end you can see him sleeping with/protecting the eggs in his arms, because when they played a game in 2019, Lee Know threw his eggs in the sink, cracking all the eggs in the process (I.N was supposed to protect them for his mission-) This really annoys him to this day..

So the plot is: if you are the youngest in a group ("maknae") you should respect others who older and do whatever they want you to do (in Korea they are obsessed with the age stuff). And this is kinda ironic song cuz I.N (who is actually the maknae of Stray Kids ) is acting as the hottest and coolest guy, showing off and so on, and older guys Chris and Changbin (his "hyungs" on Korean) kinda can do nothing to manage I.N and are pissed off with that shit. In the end you can see that the whole story was only a dream of I.N who is kinda sick of being the youngest >_
