Canon in D has long been one of my favorite songs ever. I love to play in on the guitar, or on the piano whenever I need a little extra peace and comfort. I never would have believed that this would be done acappella, or with such a glorifying message. This is simply wonderful!
This is the song "Canon in D" from the album "Acappella Classycal".by the singing group "Acappella" with music produced by Keith Lancaster, which is all part of a confusing conglomerate called "The Acappella Company".
@nrolett He was probably annoyed because nowhere in the description or title does it say it's a medley. If you aren't familiar with the other song it sounds like lyrics were added to a modified version of "Canon in D". Sounded great to me regardless
@Jammys217 Thet didn't put lyrics to it. It is a medley of "Jesus Let us Come to Know You" and "Canon in D." Perhaps you had a problem with the message?
Acapella means without instruments or "voice only". Also the Canon was originally written as a "church" music piece. Just an FYI and by the way this is absolutely beautiful.
Who gave you that misinformation? It was a funeral song for his daughter! Also he was only baptized because you wouldn't get a job otherwise in 1653. And FYI, this is bad, very bad.
I love this song!! it was played at my brother's wedding and this is what his wife walked in on!! It was absolutely beautiful!!
Listening in 2020 - A Classical and beautiful song... Thanks God.

Jesus was stating NOT to follow him. What bible do you read?
Because ya'll have hundreds if not thousands songs dedicated to your religion.
Looking for good acappella Canon in D, first result is all about Jesus. Wtf?
it sucks that people put lyrics to this song. spoils the whole thing.
your point? There are hundreds of thousands that aren't, and, as far as we are concerned, any song that we can we will make Christian.
That's religious marketing, now no christian will have the guts to say how bad this is ^_^

You are really a stupid person: A God-less ruined man. Shame on you.
Dude Bro I thought the same! why ruin a beautiful musical piece with religious crap!
John Newton How am I stupid and ruined? Shame on you for jumping to conclusions like that.
