I actually love this series idea! Im currently in undergrad studies for computer engineering and I'm always looking for career opportunities. I will definitely be following this series. Awesome video!
When I was watching the drone part of the video I was thinking wouldn't it be easier to set up the controls to either have a button to switch the pitch and yaw or it automatically do it when its flipped over, instead of having to learn how to use it on its side? That way you can fly it like normal and not have to learn an entire different control system.
here's a neat battlebot idea: a beyblade burst bey inspired bot, where the driver/tip of the bey has metal blades and it is controllee by a motor that spins at high speeds, the ring/disk is a protection when the bey bursts, for a chance of attacking the bot, and the top, that holds everything together. The circuitry is held inside by the driver, and the driver has a low blade and a high blade, to attack every height of battlebot. The driver can also be adjusted to set the bot in an angle, this also requires a very high speed motor, for the best performance in spin. The disk can also be used for when the bey bursts, it's could be used as a non-rotating weapon. The best top layout i can think of, is a top with blades facing counterclockwise, with a ramp-like structure going up counter clock wise. Crazy work but fun idea, looking further to a response
I really enjoyed this style of video! I think some others have mentioned a tom scott-esc informational slant, but it really has a solid hacksmith personality to it! The production quality felt like i was watching a tv show. 10/10!!

For students, take a look into formula student, or FSAE, there you are working on a real race car with a team, deadlines and always new challenges. A FS Car recently broke the world record for fastest acceleration from 0-100km/h.
A 350km/h drone is actually scary. Not in a civillian context, but a military one. Without good EW or active defense this could be a really mean guided shell replacement.
Sounds like a great series. Visiting the most forward thinking advancements should surely inspire new ideas as you start thinking up things from your own perspective that maybe they haven't even considered yet.
Congratulations guys, that’s an awesome experience! It’s amazing seeing someone who graduated from the same college I did, doing amazing things and creating great content. All the best and love the new type of videos!
That drone at the end was insane. I’ve owned commercial DJI drones from the first phantom 1 and mavic to the Inspire as well as FPV racing drones as small as the Tiny Whoops up to 180mm and 250mm frames. My first experience with a “real” FPV racing drone was pretty crazy how fast it could take off into the air and zip forward compared to all the DJI cinema drones I had used (plus flying full acro). It felt like a ROCKET but is NOTHING compared to this Redbull drone. Props to the pilots on handling it to get good shots of the cars.

My idea would be based off the no lift system we currently use in installing granite & quartz counter tops, but making it completely remote controlled.
