I had sisterlocs for 5 yrs, decided to cut them & start anew with loc extensions , from vids like yours a few things I've gathered to hopefully help with this journey. I purchased more locs than I need to have some on hand if I lose any, I prewashed & conditioned mine a few times & now they are so soft and flexible prior to them being installed, I've opted to have them installed using the interlock method to strengthen my connection and not have my natural hair so loose between reties that could increase the chance of my locs slipping, so hopefully that will help my journey. Idk we shall see
The Ends look Dry and Stiff.
That is the only reason I dont start My Client's Locs with Extensions.

To prevent lint l use a satin bonnet at night.
I live in Dallas Tx I want locs. Just know I won't like them without extentions.
