You can get it back with Heel Eagle’s effect. You banish it in GY to add a RR spell/trap from GY to hand, then set it and activate it on your opponent’s turn.

You can't get pain through raider's because the damage is a summon condition
Taking damage isn’t the condition it even specifies which ever is lower so you can chose 0

You cant target raider's wing with pain lanius. You need to take dmg in order to summon and you can't take 0 dmg

If your running raidraptors I would not run it at all you straight up don't need it
The guy even said it never came up. You can replace it with second arsenal or a revolution if you are feeling spicy.

Try a rank 6 raidraptor xyz. It rarly comes up but if you hard draw the skip force and they negate raiders knight then it isnt a dead card.
