    1) 00:00 Structured Thinking :- write 1 page everyday
    2) 2:00 Consistent Speaking :- record one minute video everyday on the same topic
    3) 3:47 Eliminate Sugar Cravings :- to overcome sugar craving drink water or sugar free chewing gum
    4) 5:28 - Reading Books :- read book 10 minutes daily
    5) 7:20 - Meditate Daily :- for 10 minutes
    6) 9:42 Getting Rejected :- do one thing everyday which give you rejection
    7) 11:46 - Resist the Obvious :- find a different path from others

    write one page record yourself talking for 1 minute do not eat sugar reading books for 10 minutes meditate for 10 minutes do something that you'll get rejected resist the obvious(think something different) wake up on time while overthinking start asking your mind about it's probability stop procrastinating by breaking it down

      The US-Stock Mrkt had been on it’s longest bull-run in history, so the mass hysteria and panic is relatable considering we’re not accustomed to such troubled mrkts, but there are avenues lurking around if you know where to look. My wife and I are retiring this year with over $7,000,000 in tax deferred investments. up until 3 years ago we were 100% in the S&P. During bear markets we had a perfect plan. We got an investment manager in our corner and didn’t look at our portfolio for nearly a year.

    Jitna lowest feelings h mujhme is pal, jaise sare raste band aur apno ne dekhna tk chor diya..jaha ek saal pehle haste khelte din nikalta tha, aj is video jo 3-4month run krega...mai ek commitment ek promise kr rhi hu, mai jinda hu, to apne life ki sbse bdi weakness ko 90 din me nikal fek dungi...mai 12 saal se 15 ghante kam kr rhi, phr v aaj zero pe aa gyi...Once more..14 ghante work+2 hours self development =16hrs×90 days...13th december ko I will come back to review my life righthere.

    The video was amazing, great challenges. Just wanted to share something, I was a salesperson for over 1.5 years for a good company and I was doing D2D sales. I was meeting around 80-100 people every single day, 6 days a week and getting rejected by almost 95% of the people. So trust me when I tell you this, rejection is the greatest teacher. I have got rejected by more people than anyone has ever met in their entrie lives. The character what I have built in that 1.5 years was more than what I have built in 20 years of my life. You learn about peoples' thought process, philosophy, attitude and more importantly you learn about yourself and how not to take your life very seriously. I really connected with that challenge, thank you for the video Mr. warikoo!

    *90 Days challenge summary*
    1. Daily journal- write down anything 1 page in a day
    2. Recording 1 minute video everyday on the same topic
    3. Avoid sugar and use alternatives like sugar free chew gum
    4. Booking reading for 10 minutes in a day
    5. Meditation for 10 minutes
    6. Getting rejection which means take challenges like say morning to an unknown person in a lift or ask 500 ₹
    from unknown person in mall.
    7. Resist the obvious- do different from other
    8. Wake up on time- Not early but same time everyday
    9. Avoid overthinking- write down the probability of overthinking
    10. Conquer procrastination- break the task into small parts and continue.

    For three semesters I was giving seminars /lecture without recording
    And I marker keeps falling 😅
    But in my fourth sem my roommate suggested me let's record it
    And then I watched it
    Again recorded it
    And there was so much improvement 2nd time
    And I wasn't nervous at all while presenting
    This is most effective advice❤

      I am 24 now. I have made a lot of mistakes over time regarding the decisions on financial management as well as relationship decisions during my teenage years. Ankur sir, I have read your books and it helps a lot to who reads it . But, it would be Better if there is such guidance for Teenage kids. It helps them a lot.

    Shouldn't I use head space for meditation, just recently I started using it after watching your video on meditation and I really felt to try it ,it's been a week since I'm using it didn't noticed big change but it's relaxing and I definitely want to continue it because I want to experience the real power of meditation, but the special thing I noticed about meditation is that as I started doing it, I didn't need to push my self to do it but I actually started to crave to do it every morning or whenever I visited the same place where I do it, as you said 😀

I would like to tell you that I've finished reading a book (Attitude is everything (also recommended by you)). I'm extremely feeling proud of myself and happy that I saw one of your video where you were telling to read a book 30-45 min. And I did it every day and finished the book in less than 2 weeks :D. I also made a draft of things I would like to change in my life and will read it after one month to analyse (also recommended by you).     90 Day's Challenges Accepted
    1. Write Something on one page daily. At the end write (This tells me that______.)
    2. Record a Video on a Same Topic. (It could be TH-cam, Productivity, About Life etc.)
    3. Read Books for at least 10 minutes. (Don't tell or don't review Anyone)
    4. Meditation Daily
    5. Rejection practice daily for Mentally Strong. (You can ask strangers for 500 rupees)
    (You can say to a stranger Good Morning)
    6. Wake Up Early at 6 PM
    7. Stop Overthinking. (When you realize you are trapped in Overthinking, write down on paper how much % probability)
    8. Stop Procrastinating. (Brack down in Small Tasks as Possible)
    9. Regular Exercise.

    You are a great person who always gives great suggestions, but as I know myself and my friends, these tasks are obviously helpful we all know, but not even 1% of the viewers implement it.
    Here's my question, we all know what is right and what is wrong more than anything, because nowadays TH-cam gives us that opportunity to learn, but implementation is way too hard with only getting information.

    1. Get up on time. Try to get up daily by reducing 10 to 15 minutes daily.
    2. Meditate daily for 10 minutes.
    3. Read books for 10 minutes.
    4. Cut down the sugar.
    5. Get a rejection daily - Do small things that can give you rejection.
    6. Resist the obvious - Try to think new.
    7. Procrastination - break down the task and get to the lowest possible level.
    8. Overthinking to thinking - Guess the probability and if the possibility of that probability is less brain will ignore it.
    Write down your thoughts daily and end with a short conclusion.

    Here are the 10 Challenges for 90 days:
    1. Structured Thinking - Write one page every day the most important topics you've in your mind
    2. Record a 1-minute video every day on the same topic - Observe areas of improvement for the next day and try to implement the next day's video
    3. Quit sugar intake - When you feel a craving for sugar drink water or sugar-free chewing gum
    4. Read a Book - Read any book you like for next 90 days for 10 min. You can change the book if you like anytime.
    5. Meditate Daily - for 10 minutes. It could be any sound apart from the human voice. Focus on your breath.
    6. Getting Rejected - Talk to some stranger each day. Go through the tension and stress of getting rejected and develop the mindset to be okay with it
    7. Resist the obvious - if you have to make a decision, think about how most people would try to solve the problem. Still, you're not supposed to use the same solution but think about other possibilities and choose the best solution in that situation. This would help develop the brain's capacity to come up with multiple solutions to the problem
    8. Walk up on time - Reduce your sleep alarm by 10 min for the next 21 days (3 weeks) and then further reduce it for 10 minutes in the next 3 weeks and then reduce it further until you reach the ideal wake-up time.
    9. Overthinking - When you find yourself in an overthinking situation, then write down the probability of that bad thing happening and with a percentage. This can calm down your brain activity if it's due to overthinking unnecessary
    10. Avoid procrastination - whatever the task you got into, just break down the task to the smallest level and try to finish that task in a few seconds and then take the next task until you finish the entire task
    To begin with, I'll be picking these 6 challenges- 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 9
