Se il tiro di Roberto carlos fosse stato mandato in rete da mijatovic senza la deviazione del difensore della Juve, sarebbe stato off side. Dato che però gli è arrivata una palla deviata, la posizione di fuorigioco (che c'era) di mijatovic viene resa nulla ai fini del goal.

yo estuve ese dia en Amsterdam llegaba sabiendo ke se ganaria la copa,,,no me importo las horas de tren ni los precios de akella epoca,,,,no tenia mapa de Amsterdam pero sabia ke siguiendo a la gente llegaria al estadio,,,,habia ambiente de fiesta
pantallas gogantes y todos los bares tenian un televisor preparado y mas de uno ,diria, en muchos..... Inzaghi se perdio 5 goles cantadosy el madrid atcaba por la izkierda muchas veces,,,,Redondo jugo un gran partido...hasta ke llego ese rebote..con gran sangre fria se revolvio y la pateo a media altura suavemente,,como keriendo asegurarla......fue increible escuchar el hala madrid y marchar luego por la ciudad coreando la victoria....... luego llegaron muchas mas copas pero esta es muy especial en el recuerdo madridista....gracias

Jaajajaja algunos a dias de hoy dicen saber mucho de futbol hablando que este gol esta en fuera juego mas no saben nada. El gol estaria en fuera de juego si hubiera sido pase del jigador del madrid pero no lo fue claramente el balon fue desviado por el dedensor de la juventus que quizo despejar pero le termino rebotando en su cuerpo por lo tanto el offside no existe. Si con imagenes no entienden no se como entenderan.

Until an image shows where left back Pessotto was at the moment Roberto Carlos kicked the ball, it's impossible to say whether it was offside or not. This was a good goal cause even if Predrag Mijatović was in an offside position his goal was legal cause the ball was last touched by a Juventus defender and then the ball was deflected to Predrag Mijatović who then scored this winning goal.

If we look closely at 0:57 right when the ball hits the net, we can see a Juve shirt (necessarily Pessotto) appearing on the left then the camera switches direction and he disappears. His position is very low on the field. In my opinion this is not offside and this story can be debunked
