Kiitos Heli; would be great to have the cases that these verbs usually take (P, G, etc.).
You can express almost everything just by using the present tense (which is also used for the future in Finland) and imperfect - that's why these are the first to study and also the time words. For instance "Ostan leipää tänään/tunnin päästä/ensi vuonna" and "Ostin leipää eilen/tunti sitten/viime vuonna". The perfect and the plusquamperfect tense will come of course later, but you can manage well without them :) And of course we will learn also the third infinitive "I'm buying = Olen ostamassa" or "I'm going to buy = Menen ostamaan"
