The recipe is Jeera Rice... The rice used for preparing the recipe is Basmati rice..

It is ghee rice in basumati rice...
Jeera rice is Raw rice which is not boiled....its available in market different varieties,with different price.ex. kaima rice,ghandhasala rice ( these rice found in long rice......

I got it there is a variety of Rice called Jeera rice..
But the Jeera rice recipe can be made with basmati rice...
The recipe is Jeera Rice prepared with basmati rice... Not ghee rice
