- In this Sims 4 stop motion build video I will show you how to create a small house for two families with a classic American exterior and modern interior style. One half of the house consists of one bedroom and one bathroom, a spacious living room combined with a kitchen. The second half has a second floor, two bedrooms, one bathroom and a kitchen-living room. In the backyard there is a BBQ area and a swimming pool.

I'm not sure this is technically a duplex since the buildings aren't attached (just the roofs) but nice build!
The term duplex on Wikipedia doesn't contradict my building. But thank you for your opinion😉
@@insims Wikipedia's reliability is incredibly uneven across different topics and I wouldn't rely on it as an authority. Anyway, I just looked and I'm not sure that it does support your use of the term? The example it gives for a horizontally oriented duplex is a townhouse, which this definitely is not. Am I missing something?

Duplexes are attached by a wall or ceiling.
These are so blurred definitions that I personally do not consider it a huge mistake to call a duplex townhouse and conversely. I'm not a professional architect, but if you are, and it hurts you to look at the name of my house, I'm sorry😅
