goverment ke e-tender publishing website hm tender publish karte hai, jo EMD fee aata hai to vo fee goverment ke pas rhta hai ya jisne tender publish kiya uske account me credit hota hai, agar kisi ka bid reject karte hai to uska refund automatic hota hai ya jisne tender create kiya hai use manualy refund karna hota hai, or kitne din me refund hota hai,
hamne koi tender goverment ke e-tender publish kiya hai or kisi ko project award bhi kar diye, man lijiye 1 lakh ka bid hai to vo 1L ka amount hame goverment ke site pr deposit karna padta hai ya direct bid lagane wale ko dena hota hai
