Hey! Social life and party life is quite good at Ashoka. It depends on each person though, how much they want to party. Similarly, people go to Delhi often depending on what their schedule looks like.
Hi, Ashoka takes strict disciplinary actions against people engaging in any such activity. The strict guidelines have prevented ragging and bullying and students are thoroughly dedicated to their own learning journey at Ashoka!
Hey shatanshee, i want to knw if uk anyone who has got 100% fee waiver . Is it tough to get admission if u want a fee waiver and how is a fee waivers experience
Hi! I am unsure of people having 100% waivers to whom I am close to. However, I do know people who have received substantial fee waivers and I know that there are people who have received even 100% financial aid. I don’t think it’s tough to get admission if you need financial aid but your financial situation will decide how much aid you’re eligible for. Other than that you should just have a good, well-rounded profile that Ashoka looks for! Hope this helps :)
@@shataksheekar heyy i had one more query , I just gave the Ashoka aptitude test and left 9 questions. Do u think I can get admission in the university?
@alisharoychoudhary1845 Hi, I won’t be able to comment about specific elements of the admission process. The entire process matters. It would depend on the holistic strength of your profile to secure admission.
Hey Shatakshee, first of all it was a great video and i was listening curiously and really liked it. I have a question: At Ashoka, do they conduct any kind of hand written assignments or any kind of tests and exams or everything is done through your laptop. I hope you see this comment and reply. Keep posting on yt i really your content.
Hello! Thank you so much for your kind words! To answer your question, we do have handwritten quizzes, exams and assignments too sometimes. There’s no set pattern for the number of handwritten assignments across classes. It would depend on the professor and the course! Other than that we predominantly work on the laptop :) Best, Shatakshee
Absolutely loved how you explained the important aspects of college life so thoroughly! I start my undergrad program this august and this gave me a lot of clarity on what to expect from Ashoka
Hey! I thought that it was cool and would suit my requirements of exploring different disciplines well. That is why I applied and ended up joining. If that resonates with you, I think Ashoka is a really good uni to attend :)
@@shataksheekar what about its future prospects...since it's a relatively new university will we be able get that respect compared to the once who graduate from other universities like the DU , st Xavier's etc
@@hilfil7052 hi! Ashoka is slowly but surely being recognised as a well respected university by everyone. Right now it may not have the same brand power as DU but that’s only because it’s a relatively new university and people are getting to know it now. The academics however, is at par with the top DU colleges like St. Stephens.
Hey, nice video! How’s the social life and party life at Ashoka? And do people visit Delhi frequently?
