I am using SCS configured as a service in PCF. We need to restart the app instance after every config server changes made. Without restart the config server changes are not in effect
Only the microservices has to be restarted. If you don't want to manually restart then. You can use the actuator refresh endpoint when ever you want to load an environment variable. But I think its bad because it will increase Latency

Hi Ramesh, Even if we move the configuration to config server we still need to restart the each instances of microservices.
You need to only start the config server. You don't need to restart the microservice (the one whose configuration changed) and its instances.
