I just realized how young you are. My first vehicle was a 1961 Chevy truck that had an eight track player. I had to install said 8 track and the Kraco Speakers 😁😁. So glad you came to Cali it was just a rough week, we’ve had off and on heat waves all summer. I hope you come back in the winter, our sunsets have more cloud cover and really add a layer of drama. Long Beach is south facing but it has a lot going on which lets you shoot west down the beach and catch a lot of the cityscape. Redondo, Hermosa, and Manhattan Beach all face West and have killer “turn around and look behind you” scenery at sunset. The cliffs on the Palos Verde peninsula are good spots for drone footage, there are even a couple of sea caves. Thanks for visiting Cali.

Younger people tend to embrace metric more because that’s all we learn in school, although I still use pounds for my weight and feet and inches for my height. I don’t see this being a problem in another 20 years, it’s not like when we switched to metric people just completely forgot everything they knew about imperial and started using it.

When you said, "Cody, this ones for you." I had to double take who you were talking about.. you inspired me to attempt photography. Have an old Olympus e410 which had bad resolution but it's fun learning the camera. Hope to get better and get a camera that's worth while sooner than later!
What was that? A compact disk, was it? Never heard of it.
They can be glued to the concave portion of a large satellite dish to make a solar oven. They can also be used as a signal mirror in the event you get lost hiking in the wilderness. Very handy.
