Where are you from? --- I am from England but grew up in the US (hence the weird accent!)
What do you do? --- I work in tech! I majored in mechanical engineering and minored in business and mechatronics at Villanova University. I graduated May 2023.
How old are you? --- 23! (my birthday is the 11th October)

The full focus planner has like a shut down for work routine so you can do something similar for when you get home. Maybe like change out of work clothes, listen to a 5 min meditation to reenergize, etc. :)
Omg! I have never seen someone take biotin too! I had been taking biotin because I heard it’s great for hair growth. I looked it up & it said long term use was not recommended! I had no idea & had been taking it DAILY for months… Oops! Also, Dr. Google said there hasn’t been any research proving that it was good for hair growth 😩 but of course it has other benefits! You can take it daily just not like you know forever
