Multi Set Acid Stimulation Inflatable Packer System

A tool for injecting acid into a borehole. Delivered on coil tubing with a motor head assembly. Uses an auto-J latch for reliable changes in mode of operation and to confirm packers are fully inflated and anchored in place. Has an inflation control valve for optimal inflation of packers even in unbalanced pressure conditions (i.e. low fluid levels).
Flow paths are designed to prevent hydraulic locking - which is especially important when used in cased holes.
Packers fully deflate to their original RIH OD, which eliminate the risk of becoming stuck during tool retrieval.
Packers are multi-set to enable numerous acid treatments to be performed in a single trip.
