Healing Meditation 9 17 24 'free from guilt'

  • This is the final segment in our series on Ho'onoponopono. Sometimes we have a regret that sits at the back of our minds -- something we wish we had (or had not) done or said. This meditation provides the opportunity to free ourselves from that sense of guilt or shame. It doesn't seem to matter whether or not we feel (or are) responsible for what happened or didn't happen, making the amends is incredibly freeing. As we use the tools of the Hawaiian healing technique, we can let ourselves off the hook. Focusing on the four statements releases the energy that may have been holding us back.
