🎯 you hit the nail on the head big son. Smaller yards will make you big profits and have you home much earlier chillin. I also like the fact that a small mower is so much easier to maintain….
Personally if I was starting over today at this point I would only have a small mower 30" or less and focus on Townhouses and Condo's I have 4 and they only take 10min and pay very well, If I had 40-50 of those properties in one location IT WOULD BE PRICELESS!!!!!!!💯💪🏾
I still sit back and think about how lucky I am to have found something that I love to do, and turn that into a way to earn a living. It’s a blessing for sure.
