Been looking for the most recent video about Nascar 21 ignition that I could find, and currently it's this one. Is this game still horribly broken, or is it actually playable now? Haven't tried playing it in about a year
It's playable, it's better than what it once was, but still pretty broken, there's of course still some bugs and glitches of sorts. But it has improved since then. When it works, it could be a pretty fun game. A good amount of things have been fixed, but like i said, issues still exist within it.
It's still really bad, I don't think it's fixable - the AI still check up in every corner, the spotter is a mess and the company that made it has no interest in fixing it this late. Your best home are community mods, I know that there's some community AI updates out there - still don't fix the checking up though sadly but fix the lines they take, and how the AI never make a second lane. Not shown in the video the game has a mirror now shockingly
@@JohnsonTheSecond I tried playing a few days ago before the warm weather came, and everything you said in this comment is spot on. I tried doing my next career mode race, which I think was Vegas, and they check up horribly getting into the T1 and T3. And then going through the trioval they cut to the right to get next to the wall going into 1, and they do it like you're not even there and slam into you. Very annoying. At least the paint booth is still fun.
