It's a phrase that had adopted into English. It's grammatically incorrect and obvious Chinese-English (Chinglish lol), but it is actually commonly used in English-speaking countries now. The proper way should be "I haven't seen you for a long time." but that phrase works too.
about the last one, If somebody ask "Do you mind I close the window?" If I do want to the window be closed, I should say yes i do or no i dont? 如果有人問"Do you mind I close the window"(你介意我關窗戶嗎?) 若我不介意，應該說Yes還是No?

你不喜歡咖啡 沒錯吧(You don't like coffee, do you?)
對 我不喜歡 (No, I don't)
問題就出在 "對 我不喜歡"
"對"這個字對應的英文是 yes
所以自然而然會說yes(對),I don't(我不喜歡)(中文語法)
而不是 No, I don't
如果有人用中文說 你不喜歡喝咖啡對吧
你的回答是 不 我不喜歡(正常回答是 對 我不喜歡or 不 我喜歡)
這樣的回答 你也會confused吧
