Steve, you know what you are talking about, and I want to figure it out too.
I'm wondering if it is a normal state of mind for you to feel calm and joyful at all times, I have achieved this for a length of time, but much of it has slipped away since I got into a relationship. I want it back, but I cannot find the right lens right now, and so, some of my search is blind.

Hello Louis. The natural state is present and remains permanent. If you feel that you lose this ground when in a relationship it is because it is not integrated. It takes time to integrate, that is all. You can book a one to one with me if you feel you need to look at this more deeply. 🙏
