Sir. I tried to file ITR3. I have Rs 160,000 LTCG from shares, apart from Salary, F&O income etc.. I filled up schedule 112A. In quarterly break up, total is 160,000. ITR utility is calculating tax 16,000 on LTCG. I mean LTCG exemption of 100,000 is not being given. Is there error in ITR utility? What should I do? Last year ITR3 utility automatically gave exemption of 100,000. I did not buy any share before 31.01.2018.
