A friend of mine who obviously doesnt watch a lot of football. Texted me during the game asking what a safety is, she missed the play was cooking dinner and noticed the 2 points. She had never heard of a 2pt play. Safety. LOL

i mean its not thou, in basically all of my existence they had maybe 2 good years in the mid 2000s and that's about it. Kinda wish another team would come to chicago so that we'd have the potential to have a team that isn't historically bad. I mean we have the cubs where they win it all once every 100 years. Bears are basically the same version of that.

@@Peter75C happened last year against the Patriots. Ghost roughing the passer on JFM after a Michael Carter II pick 6. A huge swing. Instead of being up by two scores going into halftime, only up one. And we lost that game too. Honestly it's nothing knew with the Jets. It is what it is.
But to also be fair it was bad officiating all around. Just unfortunate.
The ref is one of my favorite characters.

As a Jets fan... the little moral victories are the only thing that sustains me.
Wilson looked good and the o-line actually protected him for once. This game was huge growth for the entire team, despite the outcome. I just hope Zach doesn't blame himself too much and regresses. If they keep this up, a playoff run will be very possible.

As a Lions fan for over 35 years, I can tell you that it’s all you can do. I had some deep empathy for the Jets with those phantom holding calls and non calls in favor of the Chiefs. I’ve seen that script play out so many times over the years against us.
