D-beat just makes any song "swing".or blast beats with the bass drum striking on the "1",snare on "2"makes heads bang,air guitarists shred,devil horns get flashed high and often.d-beat can only make DM easier to digest,provided its kept tight and standards are held high.also,I wish DM drummers would stop using effects cymbals like splashes,excessive China hits and ice bells,and focus on quality,warm,nice sounding crashes and rides,the cheaper b8 bronze budget cymbals zildjian,sabian,and paiste market towards young metal/punk drummers these days are way too fawking loud,bright,and break or crack early in life.and only available in lame,smaller sizes,piccolo snares need to fall out of favor,limp bizkit dont blast,nu-metal needs stay dead.stop using triggers guys.
The audio kollaps wolfbrigade split 7inch from early 2000s was really good,they did another record also,good for German crusty metallic hardcore,bombstrike was ripping also
