Same bro I don’t really hear people mention that verse much but it’s one of the rawest and most emotionally vulnerable verses of any of his songs. Might be my favourite Kanye verse/verse in general of all time. The contrast of it coming directly after the Pusha T verse is incredibly powerful and telling of his true feelings and it fits so beautifully into the Greek tragedy or tragic hero theme he was going for with the song/album. I think my favourite part about it is just the raw emotion being portrayed, and the emotional vulnerability that we very rarely see from Ye. He is obviously an incredibly open and honest person, sometimes even to a fault; hell, in this song alone he is being incredibly honest about his flaws and mistakes (as he is in many songs), he goes as far as to mention things like him sending a girl a dick pic that got leaked onto the internet, that’s something 99.9% of people would never mention or would try to hide/deny. He is extremely honest, but despite how unapologetically honest he is about his life, his actions, his mistakes and flaws, I think he is also quite closed off emotionally. He will openly talk about everything in his life, from the good to the bad, but he usually tries to hide how he’s truly feeling deep down about those situations, he never really gets into the specifics of his true emotions and how these negative experiences impact him mentally (he has since opened up more about it, think “Ye” and “KSG” for example, but at the time it was extremely rare). He talks about doing bad things and having bad things happen to him, but he typically stays proud, boastful, and confident in the face of it. There is something so powerful and emotional about the entire song being about him admitting his faults, unapologetically owning them, boasting about them, and even celebrating them, all culminating to the extreme with Push’s verse, just to finally have the curtain pulled back immediately after and get a true look into his emotions with the “never was much of a romantic” verse. For a brief moment the Kanye we know, the performer, the rapper, the artist, the personality; the version of “Kanye” that he puts a mask on to give us (both figuratively and sometimes literally), is completely stripped away in that moment. In perhaps his greatest song, in the self proclaimed anthem and celebration of all the douchebags, assholes, scumbags, and jerkoffs, we get the greatest and most emotionally vulnerable verse he has ever dropped. Can’t be understated how amazing that moment is, I think it truly took an insane amount of courage to include given his usual bravado and acting like nothing really affects/hurts him. It is what truly takes the song to the next level (along with the outro following it) in my opinion. He played up the dichotomy of that moment so perfectly with how it compares to the rest of the song.

Knock it off Neiman's - shop it off Let's talk over Mai Tais Waitress, top it off" This verse is so insane and to me it's as close to lyrical perfection as it gets . Pusha openly admits to cheating and shows that he doesn't care. To him, the girl he's talking to is just another one with no meaning and he doesn't care if he hurts her. He knows that no matter what he does she can't leave cause she's addicted to the lavish lifestyle only he provides and she can't go back to being poor ("back to wearing knock offs? Ahah knock it off"). Notice how he laughs in her face at her empty threats of leaving him. Brutal. He hurts her and doesn't even acknowledge it - telling her to "shop it off" at Neiman's. He knows that no matter how much he hurts her she stays for the money. Also, in the end he takes her to luxury restaurants to show her what she's going to lose and tells the waitress to fill the glasses - Showing off how much money he has and also getting her drunk, knowing she'll do what he wants Also, "hoes like vultures wanna fly in your Freddy loafers"
