This time on an iconic route from the city of Santiago de Chile to the Cerros el Carbón and Manquehue.
Get ready for a day full of fun, challenges and spectacular views as we delve into the natural beauty.

I will give you all the information: how to get there, data, click points, among other curiosities.
We start from 662 meters and we will reach the summit of Cerro el Carbon with a height of 1,365 meters above sea level, this hill offers us a challenging 700-meter drop.
On this route we will not return to the starting point since we will start. Through the La Pirámide viewpoint and we will finish by the coal stream that overlooks El Golf de Manquehue street; which forces us to take a transport to our vehicle.
In Chile, South America we have the majestic Andes Mountains, take care of our glaciers, mountains, fauna and flora; If you visit it, remember "leave no trace"... Enjoy the mountain responsibly.

Guau!!! Que ruta tan poco comentada. Execelente. Vistas de Santiago muy fuera de lo habitual. Y es fácinante ver las diferencias especies que habitan ahí. La tierra tiene otro color y el viento a veces parece tirarnos al suelo. Felicitaciones

Yo he subido dos veces el manquehue y las dos en la bajada me caí, así que le tengo respeto a ese cerrito

Hola Teresa, si bueno hay que subir con buenas zapatillas y sus bastones de trekking; hay tienes el 50% de la seguridad... el otro 50% depende de como tomes cada tramo de sendero. De seguro cada vez que subas lo disfrutaras. Gracias por comentar. Buenas Cumbres

Gracias Doc. Cada vídeo es una mejora quedé muy conforme... No es perfecto pues hubiera querido más tomas que no pude realizar pero verlo en 4k como que casi logro poner el espectador en vivo en el lugar. Abrazo de montaña!
