The most important step to healing the throat chakra is to recognize one's self. Constructs of lies to hide the true self are discarded. The acceptance of this inner truth is an important building block to give the soul its expression. It is elementary to distinguish which thoughts and feelings arise from the inner and which are indoctrinated from the outside. There is a detachment of the fears of rejecting or critical reactions of other people with the goal of being able to stand up to themselves at the end. An active and open throat chakra is connected to communication in the broadest sense: listening in on oneself and intuition, ie communication with the soul life, but also listening and understanding for others. An open throat chakra is revealed by the fact that a person knows what they want and does not hesitate to ask.
To achieve the opening of the throat chakra, the color sky blue can be used. This can be implemented excellently over objects and accessories in the color, but also by the stay by the sea or by a lake. The use of words can also have a positive effect on the throat chakra - learning new languages or writing in a diary are valuable aids in everyday life.

I keep seeing 1111, 111, 222 a lot. I found out later that angels want me to speak the truth, to express my thoughts, to tell others what I want. I've been having anxiety since I keep on refusing to do that. Thank for creating this healing sound ❤️
I saw a lot of those 1111's last year, I got so many sightings of it in one day. Now I have something blocking my throat and I cant breathe properly! the hospital has put cameras down the throat & lungs but cant find the cause. To tell you the truth I think its a demonic entity that's now blocking my breathing to stop me speaking the truth and waking people up.

Sadly some humans have to take drugs to experience reality, but worse still would be to only understand your true nature (tripping as you put it) as you lay on your death bed. I’ve been experiencing a lot of hair loss and found out it was bc an imblnced throat chakra. Came over here and saw the time was 333 so I’m taking that as a confirmation from my guides. Mashallah
Hair loss equals thyroid problems equals throat chakra imbalance, spot on!
The throat chakra also effects the thyroid. That is the pathway through which hair loss occurs.

I had a really bad sore throat with intense pain. I wasn't able to swallow anything and the pain was getting intolerable. I listened to this while sleeping and in the morning I was blessed to have healed it almost 90% I am so grateful to the creator of this gem. Thank you so much
hi; sometimes all we need to heal sore throat is one teaspoon of baking soda mixed with lukewarm water in a glass and gargle it in the morning , after the meals and esp.before sleep.

I recognize many people especially in this period deal with throat issues. Due to the repression of self expression that is going on by people that don't know what they do. (Aka. Politicians with a not-Self agenda). My message to you, is to not hate, but to love their ignorace. The fight over freedom isn't won on the streets but in our hearts. There we know that there was never a fight to begin with. Wish you all great love!
Healing this chakra is extremely helpful for expressing healthy anger, communicating needs, telling the truth with confidence, healthy self-talk, and translating between logic and emotion.
I'm visiting a new place and have been to varying degrees on edge, and my coping skills were working (anxiety and depression can be the worst when you're trying your best) but after half an hour of listing to this video and relaxing my body with my eyes closed, I was able to breathe and visualize positive change in my life.
Now I think I'm going to be able to sleep tonight, even though it's 1 in the morning, and I am just so grateful for this content. I never knew that I could find my way to natural relaxation and the difference this has made in my life are monumental despite their internal nature.

Has this frequency helped anyone with hair loss problem? I'm feeling so much tingling in my scalp and throat area while listening to this. I have been having excessive hair loss for several years, it has started growing back though - been listening to hair loss frequencies for about a year now. (btw - this is not hormonal related according to blood tests). A few years ago I stopped speaking up for myself. I've also had serious issues with my voice - huge loss of voice volume and sound generating abilities (which btw - has also been improving a lot after practicing humming almost every day for a few months now). I believe this could very likely be happening because of some throat chakra issues. I'm going to give this frequency a try along with the hair loss frequencies!
