There was some Truth in it in the Last Millenium but nowadays I only know that CD‘s don’t get Dust in the Grooves and don’t get worn down through the Needles. I am an Agnostic when it comes to these Discussions.

Plus finding certain titles for rarities is still cheaper/easier on CD. I've agonized over this as I want the best possible sound but at this point it just doesn't make sense for me to go back to vinyl after all these years of collecting CD's. When I see comments like yours I feel somewhat validated.
