"NFS The Run: How to control a corpse that made mistakes for speed." It's great to see the awesome environment slowly and with no problem. Hope that this turns into a MOD, with bugs fixed, what would be awesome! I wonder if someday NFS will cross the GTA/Driver line.
Not to me. I actually thought The Run was worse than MW2012. In fact, I believe MW2012 is not a bad game, just an average one, and it gets undeserved hate simply for being called "Most Wanted". People were expecting a remake, and when they found out it was not, they decided to hate it with a passion. In essence, MW2012 isn't hated because it's bad, it's hated because it's not a MW2005 remake.
This somehow reminded me of Road Rash Jailbreak just ran the whole race forgot where the crashed bike was, cracking me up just thinking about that game.
I think that the game locks itself at 30 fps when going out of the car because when this game came out everything was locked at 30 fps (and it still is unless you turn v-sync off since the 1.1 update)
My guess is that this game was originally has this mechanic and somehow got scrapped in the middle of development. You can control your character without QTE. I've read an article about this, that you can leave your car, way before The Run released.
