If budject is 18 lakhs then nexon high varient. If budject is 16 lakhs then i think venue high varient (SXO) is better compared to Nexon creative+ mid varient which is also 16 lakhs. (I mentioned on road price of automatic cars. depends on your state slight changes will be there)
