I speculate the video. I was looking at this exact set and now will comfortably buy them. Regarding 23mm; I’ve done so much work on my 4Runner and I’ve never seen any bolt at 23mm. 24 yes; but not 23mm. So don’t worry about that one.
Years ago, when we Germans still stuck to our own engineering standards, we followed the DIN-codes also with respect to the sizes of nuts'n'bolts. So, NO, there was never a size "23 mm", or "18 mm" etc. - simply because it is not needed. We had 8-10-13-17-19-22-24-27-32mm. Makes for a MUCH smaller tool set needed. My Dad's onboard wrench set for his 1961 German tractor has 5 double-sided open-end wrenches, a pair of pliers and a small hammer, and You can do 90% of the routine maintenance work with these few tools. Nowadays, people need a full set of both metric & inch spanners/wrenches + any odd-shaped profile (torx, hex, 12point ...) sockets, too. So silly! Sorry for the rant.😅

Rants are appreciated! Thanks for the info on the 23mm.
The reversible ones are #1 best seller on Amazon right now. It sounds like the ratcheting mechanism is tight, what are your thoughts?
