- Adding in the 3.38 diff, AA headers, and ISR Exhaust woke this car up big time.
What was once a slow and nearly undriveable e46 is now a fire breathing, door eating machine! Watch to see the difference for yourself!

I can't think of one
I wanted to say "now when you have power you are lacking wheelspeed", but you changed the diff to 3,38 😅 In my opinion this is a diff for B30 just for tight corners...for this course nothing other then 3,07. I would make rear a bit more stiffer if you would have problem with lifting 225, but with longer diff you would have any room to work on the throttle. Here is just a readline with quite poor angle chasing. Think about it :) At last event I was lifting 3,38 to the redline on similar arc corner..but on 3rd ;)
I would normally agree about going up to 3rd for the big sweeper.
but the entry doesn’t allow for a clean run at the sweeping left, and shifting to third would make the car bog.
I’m running a 235/40/18 Zeknova Super Sport, which is just as sticky as the Valino 08C… third gear just didn’t have enough to keep me spinning without great mechanical abuse lol
@@24racingx oh man, could sound other then I had in my mind :) I mean, that this was the arc to higher gear and I was making similar curves last event in my car - but having a bit more boost under the hood then NA ;) For sure it is not possible to lift 3rd to the redline beeing NA with 235/18s. But even having quite grippy 235, I will still stick to theory, that having quite a lot of speed thru whole course, longer diff will be much better for having longer 2nd. 3,38 on 2nd gear is in B30 banging limiter

3.15 is what I used to use here. 3.38 shouldn’t be too far off
@@kurzjames with a bump on redline to 7k the 3.38 only ended up being a 2.6 mph drop in final wheel speed over the 3.07 at 6800 rpm
Felt much much better at 7k redline. I think the 3.07 here with the extra bump in torque would have been perfect
