I dont know about birds, but the only possible options are Cirrus Minor, Goodbye Blue Sky, Grantchester Meadows and Several Species… Those are all the songs which I recall starting with a solitary bird sound.

Cirrus Minor starts with a track full of bird sings and calls, but I don’t recognize a blue jay in there.
