So I see that the log rank tells you about significant differences. But if you had had multiple age groups how could you tell which ones were significantly differently from each other? Is there any sort of pairwise analysis that compares each survivorship?
Where are both of the datasets and the R code?? It is impossible to recreate the second plots and analysis without the data with the extra factor predictor. Could you please upload it?
An excellent tutorial, and one of the best channels on TH-cam.
would you please add survival analysis part 6, because it's not on the playlist.
Hello. I'm really happy to have been found this course. I'm learning in an easy and friendly way. But the thing is that I can't find Part 6.
Hi, can't find the part 6 of survival analysis.
I have to do a presentation on Survival Analysis and your videos saved me! Thank you so much.
Hi Mike , You are always helpful, thank you!
I couldn't find part 6 survival analysis, can you please add it.
You are a life-saver! Thanks a lot!
It is very nice and helpful. I wonder If you can have another course for Bayesian statistics?
is the dataset available for us to replicate in r?
Could you please put a link to download the dataset @Martin?
Thanks! Where is the "Survival Analysis Part 6"?

Thank you. This helps a lot.
Excellent, thank you very much. Super helpful
Thank you a lot. Well explained
thx for this course, really help my study, thx i found this channel
, could you mind to atach the script of the R software in every video, please
Thanks for your lectures. I really love them all. Where is the data for this lesson? where can I download it?
this video is godlike!!!!! i love you man.
Question, how do you add the number at risk at the bottom?
How would patients who were still alive at the end of the study period (3 months) be coded differently from those lost to follow-up during months 1-3?
Can you add patients numbers at risk under x axis?
How is the standard error calculated in R for each survival rate in the K-M model?
It would be great if you can paste the dataset as well that is used in this analysis so that people can replicate the same
I mean you can literally just copy the data from the previous lecture into R?

5 months late, but if you still need it:
Time
@@babelfish567 please how can I run a survival Analysis using, sex, status and age
@@babelfish567 Thanks!!!
thanks ...clearly explained
In the Kaplan meier function, why did the under conf. level show NA? Is this due to a small sample or are there other reasons?
same question here
How can you modify the code to be censor 0-1 and death 0-1?
how i can use R- packge for survival data
such an amazing videooooooo!!!!
where is the dataset???
excellet. gracias
Is this an older version of R studio?
Hey please add part 6
I need help on this please can u contact me so I can show you my kind of data
