This is the room you get upstairs above the tavern in Baldur's Gate. I guess it's possible to miss that - but if you talk to the barkeep and request a room you get the entire upper floor as your permanent camp & you can buy packs from the dumbwaiter too.

where is this camp setup? ı finished the game but never been there at all
