I need to pivot and maybe just accept partial cash out BRRRRs or something. I accept now that I'm not the guy to run a massive marketing campaign to find needle-in-a-haystack deals. And wholesalers shop their deals to repeat, very-high-networth buyers first and the deals I see from them never pencil out. Happy I had a small portfolio before price and interest rate inflation.
