    4 ኩባያ የፍርኖዱቄት ፣ 1 3/4 ኩባያ ለብ ያለ ውሀ ፣ 1/4 ኩባያ ዘይት ፣ 1 የሾርባማንኪያ እርሾ ፣ 1 የሾርባማንኪያ ቤኪንግፓውደር ፣ 1 የሾርባማንኪያ ጥቁር ቅመም ፣ 3 የሾርባማንኪያ ስካር ፣ 1/2 የሻይማንኪያ ጨው
    :- በ 350° በሞቀ ኦቭን ለ 30 - 35 ደቂቃ ማብሰል

      እንደ ኦቭናችን ይለያያል የኔ ኦቭን አንዴ ነው የምለኩሰው ለየብቻ የታች እና የላይ አለኩስም Bread የሚለውን ተጭኜ በ 350 ዲግሪ ምለኩሰው። ለየብቻ መለኮስ ካለብሽ የታቹን ብትለኩሽው ይሻላል የላዩ እንዳያቃጥልብሽ።
