2 totally different games :) Loved Ride3, Ride4, not played Ride5 yet, but TT Isle of Man 3 is a different galaxy compared to Ride3/4 when it comes to physics model complexity. But you need to be a motorcyclist to understand the dynamics of riding a sportbike to fully enjoy what you can feel in TTIoM3. Of course TTIoM3 focuses on just a few bikes, physics and pure madness of Isle of Man track - Ride 5 has a fantastic bike and track selection, wonderful graphics etc :)
I have played TT3 only a few hours and I didn't like it because of how unrealistic it feels. I haven't been on superbikes IRL but in TT3 I was never able to spin the rear or highside while even playing with the ALL electronics to 0 inc TC. The bikes are absolutely on rails in TT3. 100% of the difficulty in this game is in memorizing the track. All my falls in 4 hours of gameplay were from messing up a corner, never from messing up the controls like throttle and brake input. So...yea, I disagree with you and the bikes don't feel "live" like in Ride4, even tho Ride4 is faaar from perfect. It's literally impossible to spin the rear and highside in TT3. I exit the corner on a Superbike and slam the throttle open with 0 traction control...So that's your realism right there. And you are telling me you have to be a track rider to see how realistic TT3 is while at the same time you can't replicate even on purpose the most common way of falling from ANY IRL bike? I don't think you are a rider IRL.
@@simonho413 Not sure if this is towards my comment but that's not what I said. Generally, bikes have much less grip than cars, due to the miniscule contact patch and far higher power-weight ratio, so opening up the throttle fully and abruptly in a corner even on a 250cc bike is you doing a low or high side. Something totally impossible to replicate in IoMTT3 even on the most powerful bikes. You can literally assign the throttle to a button instead of the trigger and wouldn't feel a difference, as there is no need to regulate the throttle at all.
Well I ride real bikes and TT3 has a lot more responsive realistic handling. You can chuck a real bike around a lot to save mistakes and Ride games really do not convey that very well but TT3 dose.
Hey, TT Isle of Mans 3 and Ride 3 are different games. The list goes for series of, TT Isle of Man, RIMS, RIDE, MotoGP as far as i own them. Cant tell about more bike related sims if they are any good.
Ride 3 is shit, Ride 4 is brilliant but 5 has a much better career. TT3 has the best insane sense of speed over any bike game end of. I mastered Ride4 and TT3, just Ride5 to go
Yall should try rims then 😂 you fall of the bike going fifteen mphs trying to turn and it takes so long getting used to it.Doesnt have realistic physics at all when it come to how bikes really work!Cant even wheelie but certain times...tires burnout in seconds if you drop the clutch 😂.Ride looks amazing and saying its arcade is true in a way but not really.Looks more realistic when it comes to physics than Rimz who also make isle of tt ride on the edge
Havnt played any of the ride games but tt3 I can confirm is shockingly bad on ps5, anywhere there is trees covering the circuit the game just stutters and glitches out especially around Ramsey
There really is no comparison here. TT is hard, it's physics are brilliant & by far the most realistic. This isn't an opinion, it's screamingly obvious, & it has NO content to keep you interested. Ride 5 is arcade as FK, totally pre school physics, the tracks have been smoothed out for ease & it has loads of content to keep you interested. If you like arcade physics & dumbed down tracks for participation trophies. Both games are a huge disappointment.
Show me a clip where you spin the rear under throttle and highside during corner exit in TT3. It's literally impossible even trying to do it on purpose with TC 0. TT3 physics are so sub-par compared to Ride4 that it feels like you are on a Xiomi electric scooter with the engine in the front wheel. 100% of the difficulty in TT3 comes from memorizing the track. You never fall of the bike because you locked the brakes or messed up the throttle input on corner exit. Kids game even compared to Ride5. How realistic is a game where you can't replicate the most common way of falling from a bike even on purpose?
I presume your aware on realistic setting you can easily high side exiting corner, get tank slappers coming of jumps and go over the bars under breaking. If your going to grill a title be aware people will out you if incorrect @@Pupixario
I own both and can tell you after 3 minutes into ride 3 I went and refunded my money. Ride 5 made isle of man 3 impossible to even play. Ty ride and ty for the whole ride franchise e
Ride 3? This is comparing Ride 5 with TT3. I refunded TT3 after 18 minutes of trying to get the damn controls to work other than a keyboard, because only a snot-brained moron plays a bike game with a keyboard. However it seems the developers are also snot-brained, because the game doesn't recognize my trusty Logitech Thrust joystick, which is perfect for riding games and every other game in the universe welcomes, except this one.
tt3 DRIVER model is too funny like a jelly xD.LOOK AT THOSE HIPS xD LOOKS CARTONIST , character /bike model =RIDE 5 WINS. only TT3 wins in shader in tracks darker than r5
I’ve been biking for years. Currently on GSXR and have 120 hours in TT. In my view Ride is actually more realistic, and I’m saying that as a huge TT fan. The slow speed physics and bite from the tyres exiting corners is trash on TT. Note I run no aids on either game and helmet cam. Let’s me real if real sports bikes handled like TT I wouldn’t be here still to write this comment 🤣 Ride 5 is a fantastic representation (aids off) of track day experience. The one thing TT does so so well however is capturing the sense of the furious speed, hence my over 100 hours gameplay.
Physic in tt iom 3 is better. In Ride 4 and ride 5 riding feel is too weird, it like you floot in the road like a soap. Those bike have no weight, in ride 5 it a bit better. I have a supperbike and i comfirm that. But when it on sale off more than 60%, i will take it for fashion and hight quality graphic and tracks
The way the biker gear blows and the biker animation in TT3 is beautiful.

If I understand correctly, motorbikes have so little grip that you have to let go of the throttle just to avoid oversteering even the widest corner
