I have so many feelings about this season that i'm working through, and thats part of why I watch reactions like this, so thank you for it. Something that occurred to me watching it this time is how subtly sad it is that the Original Beef is gone. It was a dumpster fire on its best days and was literally unsafe for everyone pretty much all the time, and at the same time it was a place where things like this episode could happen, where two people could connect and help each other out. Im dazzled and terrified of The Bear as it exists in the present, but I dont think its the kind of restaurant where something so wholesome and impactful could casually happen. Then again, Richie seems determined to recapture the magic he experienced at Ever, so maybe im wrong. Or maybe it was just the magic Mikey brought to the place, im not sure. It just hit me how sad it is that the Beef did some real actual good and now its gone forvever. Hopefully the Bear can live up to it

This episode explains why Tina was so protective of Mikey and his legacy and what type of person he was after he died. And also why she was so threatened by Sydney at first, and even Carmy. Tina is fiercely loyal and it's beautiful to see the reasons behind that. Man, Mikey really was a people person. You can see why everyone liked him. Tina must have REALLY been going through it after he died. My heart breaks for her

Tina's husband is her IRL husband. Fucking cool or what.

Loved this Tina episode. Episode two was definitely the best of the season so far. I'm finishing the last 3 episodes today. 💛

I loved the first season, but quit watching after the episode when the kitchen printer wouldn't stop. I've worked in the restaurant industry all over the world the majority of my adult life and that particular incident triggered me. That may sound funny, but I've had that happen to me personally at ALMOST EVERY restaurant I've worked at. Now, I haven't worked at a restaurant in almost a decade; and I still have anxiety nightmares about the industry. Many industry workers do.
BUT I trust your opinion, so if you say this show is worth reliving the occupational trauma - I'll give it another go.

Masterful show! Season 2 takes a step back from the stress of the restaurant and tackles different subject matters. So I’d highly recommend giving it another chance, especially the 10/10 season 2!

@@WillScarbroughYT Well, alright then. I'll rehash season one through your channel and am looking forward to the other seasons as well. Trauma aside, I mean if I could handle 'Baby Reindeer', right?

Tomorrow, Ice Chips and the Laid placement in the finale were my highlights. Napkins is a close fourth.

Did Tina looked like she was selling herself or was she really not expecting Mikey to offer her the position

No, don’t let others influence your opinion. I just don’t like being lectured by other fans because I like what I like.
    I think it’s 👁️ o not A-o.
