    Very nice bike ! I did the Öhlins cartridge kit and shocks too on my 19 Speed Twin and the handling is fantstic!

    Such a beautiful bike. I am seriously considering buying one myself. I have been to my local Triumph dealership three times in the last month. ‘Just looking’. 😂

      I can’t believe my friend who owned the bike, traded it in. if I knew he was doing it I probably would’ve bought it. Very enjoyable to ride, especially with Ohlins suspension . As far as I know, the dealer got everything for him from Ohlins , British customs, triumph, aftermarket accessories and dart windshield. If I were going to fit up my bike like that, I would skip some of the little expensive things and do the suspension and the custom pipe. I might see him tomorrow. . If I do, I will ask him About how it worked out getting everything through the dealer. Thanks. Ron.

    where in San Diego did your buddy have the Ohlin's front fork kit installed? I enjoy your videos!

      He had it done at Moto Forza in Escondido. He really transformed the bike. I can’t believe he traded it in. If I had known he was doing it I probably would’ve bought it. I’m a big believer in good suspension. I’ve had.Ohlins on other bikes and it really gets the job done. Thanks. Ron.

    I’ve always liked Triumphs. The “new” Triumph company has done an admirable job at keeping the look and spirit of the classic Triumphs with new technology and modern riding conveniences.
    Too bad it is so overweight!

    Can't say I've noticed the weight on mine, actually feels lighter than my old Yamaha MT10 which was 20kg lighter which I find odd

    I’m really interested to know more about the Ohlins front and rear. I have a T120 2022 and considering the upgrade. Glad to hear it is a big difference.

      Yes, it was like a different bike. The back roads that we like to ride are really broken up, potholes, etc. I was surprised that the stock suspension was harsh in the front and soft in the rear. Bad combination. There are probably less expensive solutions, but Öhlins is always the best. I think he paid a lot of money for it but he also didn’t try to get any discounts from list price. Also, I’m sure they hit him hard on labor. If you can find a dealer that will give you a break on price and install everything yourself, it probably wouldn’t be bad. Ron.

    I have a T120 chrome, with a lot of the same/similar mods. I do not have the ohlins though. Something I'll be saving up for I think. I love the turn signal, can you tell us more about those?

    • @jag64mol
      @jag64mol  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It is my friends bike. The turn signals are British customs. Same as the exhaust pipe and various other accessories. Great bike!

    Could I be impertinent and ask what the onlin upgrade cost you?
    I pick my t120 up next week.Exactly the same as yours👌

      It’s my friends bike, but I believe he paid $2700!! I don’t think he bargained over the price and of course it included quite a bit of labor. I’m sure you can get it done for a lot less if you look around for a better price and do it yourself. It really is wonderful. Of course, around here we have really some dreadful beat up roads. That’s why so many people around here seem to have big adventure bikes! I would ride the bike first and decide after you put some miles on it. Let us know what you think. Ron.

    Dear, can you tell me what brand is the windshield? is it the original one for Bonnie T120 by Triumph? Tk u in advance, Dante from Germany.

    • @jag64mol
      @jag64mol  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I believe it is a dart. I will check with owner and let you know if it is not. However, both the owner and myself didn’t think it did a lot. It was OK at lower speeds especially when it’s cold. But at higher speeds, it doesn’t give you much protection, and they’re is definitely some buffeting. I would probably do the factory one. I don’t know how that one works but usually I opt for factory over aftermarket Ron.

    Has the gearbox/gear selector problem ever been sorted out on the bonneville models?

    • @jag64mol
      @jag64mol  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The gearbox problem is news to me! I thought the gearbox was great. Went for a ride with the owner yesterday. He thinks the bike is flawless!

    Ive never come across after market exhausts that sound better than the standard. Sure these may sound different but that's all you can say
