thank you for such an informative lesson you said that any component ahead of cg means destabilizing and any component behind the CG is stabilizing the aircraft but in negative incidence angle of HT and elevator up we generate positive moment about the cg and if I am not wrong that positive moment is destabilizing moment and negative moment is stabilizing moment thank you
I wrote my gate exam solely on the basis of your flight dynamics and stability courses. I have qualified thanks to these courses. Thank you very much sir!
Thanks professor for this great videos ..What I learnt from this video that Tejas gor aileron and elevator at same delta wing..One is at front and another is on rear..This means Wing and tail is on same delta wing..Then how are they able to pitch it up and down..?? It seems that front and real flip are responsible for this...This is really awesome...
Tail is not always necessary for pitching up or down, you just need to create pitch up or pitch down moment, for that you can change the pressure profile over wings in such a manner that it can create pitch up or pitch down moment.
Ok firstly, by front I think u mean by slats, these are completely different control surfaces and augment lift generation at low speeds. As far as ur question of the aileron and elevator being on the same surface can be achieved by applying differential movement on either control surfaces on either wings for rolling or lateral movement and if they move down or up together they perform pitching movement. These kind of control surfaces are called Ailevons (Ailerons + Elevators). Aircraft like Mirage, LCA, Eurofighter, Refale, Gripen have it.
Sir kan se aise Chanel hae jaise me koi v kisi branchi ki v ho a aeronutical courses KO ache tarha sikhsakta oh v sirf hindi me,nahi to sir ap banapaogi kya nahi to sir kuch sekha dejiya
My Flight Mechanics teacher needs to see this, thank you Sir. I will forever be thankful for your teachings.
Total playlist duration: 29h 57m 57s
You can finish this whole course in 6 months if you just watch 10 mins each day.
I binge watched this series and finished all of it in 2 days, not just once but thrice.

Excellent..!! teaching sir...and thanks to IIT kanpur whole team members ..👌👌👌
Thank you so much sir for such an informative course. your way of teaching is just awesome. I really like the way you try linking different concepts,
Many thanks for sharing :)
Really cool teaching. Going in a very simple and understanding manner.
best teaching,i have ever seen in my life.....every concept is clear.....thanku very much for uploading ur lecture......
nice sir give me depth concept
Very good job
Definately sir, We will do it. No more imported aircrafts
