This song didn't hit it off with me, at first. But, as I've continued listening, I understand why it is the way that it is. Not loud and bombastic, but this steady grinding advance of a song that reflects the subject matter well. And this cover does well to emulate that same feel. Excellent work!
I absolutely agree, I was immediately stunned by the grinding, almost scary atmosphere of the song. Plus the off tempo that makes it different from what we're used to !
Arthur Happy? :-) You're becoming quite a master at this video making. Nice job man. If you could remember next Friday you got to do the wink. Have a great weekend you Little Rocker:)
I love this song. If anything, it was hurt by its placement right between Stormtroopers and The Unkillable Soldier. It fell between two high-tempo, energetic songs and killed the pace. I'd say that's my only complaint with the latest album. I feel like it could've been better if they just changed the song placement to keep the pacing. I also think Christmas truce should've been dead center in the album. It wasn't a lasting peace, and its placement at the end of the album kind of undermines that. Don't get me wrong, every single song on the album is great, but it just needed to be shuffled around a bit.
Yours the only cover Ive waited
Haha thank you 😅

@@ArthurLnz i mean, youre a legend. Only swedish bands. Sabaton and a Ghost poster. För kung och fosterland🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪
@@byggloket2590 haha I used to play a lot of green day, I've done some other bands and I have non Swedish material prerecorded as well 😁
I can see this happening to me at every Sabaton navy song. Especially felt this at Bismark.
Yo, the sheer power you gave to the solo...
And at that time I was still discovering the song, I feel I'm more comfortable with it now
I love how you did my favourite song. Love it!
Holy Crap! You're Easily the best at guitar covers!
I only just learned of sabaton a few months back, and they’ve really restored my faith in music. Deadly cover man 🤘🏻

Nice cover! I tried to cover this song too, focusing on the guitar solo, which I think is one of their best
I agree !
Up there with Screaming Eagles', Rorke's Drift's and Hill 3234's solos.
Very nice
Hitting almost all of the notes 😍😍😍😍
Isn't it the goal ? 😁
Wait so in 4:15 Is that a piano or guitar tapping in the background? Best as always btw
I think it's a keyboard / synth
